The Sun

It’s always shining, always ablaze with light and energy that drive weather, biology and more. In addition to keeping life alive on Earth, the sun also sends out a constant flow of particles called the solar wind, and it occasionally erupts with giant clouds of solar material, called coronal mass ejections, or explosions of X-rays called solar flares. These events can rattle our space environment out to the very edges of our solar system. In space, NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory, or SDO, keeps an eye on our nearest star 24/7. SDO captures images of the sun in 10 different wavelengths, each of which helps highlight a different temperature of solar material. In this video, we experience SDO images of the sun in unprecedented detail. Presented in ultra-high definition, the video presents the dance of the ultra-hot material on our life-giving star in extraordinary detail, offering an intimate view of the grand forces of the solar system.

Anna-Wili's sculptures (Instagram) are stitched together from archival cotton rag. Her works explore the organic qualities and resistance of paper, generating a tension between the complex realism of form and the limitations and economy of the materials used. They represent animal life in an immediate way that conveys the energy, movement and physical character of different creatures. Her aim is to engineer a moment of contact with nature in a way that emphasises both the startling differences and similarities of human and animal forms and consciousness.

Nicolina Lorenza Vachetti is a six-years old cousin of quite famous Argentinian graphic artist and our friend Tano Veron. Two years ago he gave her a cover sleeve of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of The Moon" and that's how it started. At her 6, she recreated over one hundred cover arts and won't stop being a proud member of creative scene in Buenos Aires. One of the best electronic light and projection mapping studios in the world (yes, literally), Russians - TUNDRA and SilaSveta collaborated together to produce an EPICENTER immersive installation to celebrate 7th Anniversary of ARMA17 in Moscow

"Each group created an installation that places the viewer in the “epicenter of borderless creativity.” Tundra’s piece, Halo, creates eerie scenes such as a lightning storm and a fire, playing with space and criss-crossing beams of light. A figure weaves in and out of the beams, getting closer and closer but ultimately disappearing into the darkness. The soundtrack consists of choral music overlaid with what sounds like either rain or a scorching forest." says The Creators Project

Guys from Viperblack lead by designer Phoebe Heess came to us and shared their idea to release the blackest t-shirt ever made. They were inspired by nature and actually by venomous snake The Gaboon Viper. It's camouflage solutions led guys to a prototype which reflects 40% less light than any other black fabric we tested it against. Available on Kickstarter
