Cheburashkini Brothers Dairy Packaging by Ermolaev Bureau

The family farm of Cheburashkini Brothers is a challenging project for the Russian market. Cheburashkini brothers are real people, who have restored four old farms in an ecologically clean Moscow region, transported highly productive European cow breed, and built up an ultramodern dairy factory. The called award-winning Ermolaev Bureau (Facebook) to create unique visual system for their dairy packaging.

The main idea of packaging design is based on typography, where initial letters of products are central elements of the design. We have designed a display sans-serif typeface with a set of weights, and for the text setting we have used the Cyrillic version of Euclid typeface from Swiss Typefaces.

Surreal Illustration of Mehdi Ghadyanloo

"Merging the style of the early 20th Century surrealists with contemporary street art, Tehran-based artist Mehdi Ghadyanloo’s work is strange and beguiling. He’s currently in London, busying himself with the mammoth task of creating murals all around the capital, including one measuring a whopping 3.4km. As if that wasn’t enough, he’s also showing at the Howard Griffin Gallery in London, in an exhibition entitled Perception." via

Perception is at the Howard Griffin Gallery in Shoreditch, east London until 2 April.

Tiny Worlds Sculptures by Jorge Mayet

Cuban artist Jorge Mayet is creating his own miniature worlds. Attached to white walls, many of his sculptures seem to float in the sky, their bottom sides revealing raw soil and roots as if they have ripped free from all that is below. Other sculptures seem to explode in mid-air, their small wooden houses becoming a cloud of floating splinters. This is no destructive event, however, but one that makes things move and spread.

Mayet builds his tiny worlds predominantly from green painted sponges, paper mache, wire and cloth. His most recent exhibition took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, at Galeria Inox. You can see more on their Facebook page or learn more about Mayet here.

OFFF Quebec 2015 by Jean-Paul Frenay

They say you should observe a piece of art deeply to understand its concept and interpret it in your own way, we think that Jean-Paul Frenay took this idea and twisted it into something even bigger than just an interpretation. He made sure to create an introspective “sarcastic” adventure.

Sundays by Mischa Rozema

Mischa Rozema and PostPanic Pictures debut film project SUNDAYS completes a first step towards its Feature Film goal with the release of the ambitious proof-of-concept short. Much-anticipated and widely-supported by the international creative community (over 50K US Dollars was donated on Kickstarter alone for the live action filming part in Mexico City), SUNDAYS is directed by Mischa Rozema.Set in Mexico City sometime in the future and starring US actor Brian Petsos and Mexican actress Sofia Sisniega, SUNDAYS is a philosophical science-fiction proof-of-concept short. The end of the world seems like a nightmare to Ben. A memory of a past life that doesn’t belong to him. When Ben starts to remember Isabelle, the only love he’s ever known, he realises she’s missing in his life. An existential descent into confusion and the desperate need to find out the truth begins. This reality depicts a stunning, surprising and dark world. A world that is clearly not his.

Mechanical Sculptures by Jennifer Townley

In 2008 Jennifer Townley completed her degree in Art Science at the Royal Academy of Fine Art in The Hague. Since then she has been working as an independent artist, creating mechanical sculptures that often move very slowly. Powered by electric motors her machines generate intense repetitive movements and changing patterns that subtly interfere with the spectators mind. Shapes are constantly being distorted and transformed, patterns convert smoothly into new patterns and independent forms seemingly unite. Within kinetic art her work can be distinguished by a smooth and peaceful operation and detailed finish and appearance.
