Russian designer Slava Vovk shared his latest branding work made for NORR. It is a producer of canned seafood from Sweden, 100% natural product from the north, nothing more and nothing less. The assortment consists of large and small species of marine fish, as well as delicacies, delicious mollusks and crabs.

"NORR" in Swedish means "north", the name sets the atmosphere of minimalism, as a guide for the design of the entire packaging line.

The design and materials of the outer and inner packaging interact in contrasts. Bright outside, like a variety of marine fauna, and white inside, like frosty northern nature.

“Logos” is a computational and mathematical package used for modelling physical processes in aviation and automotive industries, nuclear power, rocket and space industry. This is the first digital product presented by Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation, the Russian Federal Nuclear Center and the All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics.

“Logos” identity is a modern fresh twist on Russian design, with all its history and well-established principles. It represents a cult-like dry technical design and emotional Russian soul, it is function multiplied by feeling, a geek engineer who found the meaning of life in formulas.

Visual language techniques were borrowed from technical design. The aesthetics of simple layouts, infographics, technical fonts, and procedural design are reflected in the corporate font, iconography, and layout principles. A signature element is a heat map that reflects the idea of a function and brings color and emotion into the dry technical design. It gives us the opportunity to look at the product through the eyes of an engineer, as well as it reflects the objectives of the product that are modeling of physical processes.

Creative duo Leta Sobierajski and Wade Jeffree delivered their first international exhibition “Music To Your Eyes”. They bring our distinctly optimistic, unapologetically vibrant, and supremely fun world of explosive colour to Calm and Punk's gallery space in Tokyo.

Music to your eyes is an exploration of harmony through visual stimulation of our work in order to explore colour and form. Our goal is to ignite a sensation for the viewer that is optimistic yet also leaves them with a sense of joy. Ultimately it is our way we describe our work: as visual music. Similar in concept to audible music, everything we look at and engage with has its own rhythm. Through the use of multiple mediums ranging from photography, wall reliefs, inflatables and a virtual reality experience, we encourage visitors to enter their world of insatiable optimism and explosive color.

The photographs on these walls are real—they are not 3D. The bodysuits were designed specifically for this show, and the sculpted shields held by those bodies were cut and painted by hand. We embrace the fact that they are imperfect and flawed. In the photographs on the walls, we camouflage ourselves as body sculptures, drenched in pattern and color that transcends from these images to sculptural wall hangings to inflatables hanging from the ceiling and finally to virtual reality discoverable through a headset. Our goal is to extend their vision to multiple dimensions, so you may enjoy their colorful world no matter which reality you may live in.

'Once Upon Another' is a visual narrative that challenges the notion of traditional sculpture and its relationship with surrounding spaces. It's inspired by a quote by the Japanese-American artist and designer Isamu Noguchi:

"Everything is sculpture. Any material, any idea without hindrance born into space, I consider sculpture."

It consists of a series of vignettes of installations (or in this case sculptures) that live in grand architectural landscapes, seen through a CG lens.
