He Jiaying (b.1957) is a contemporary Chinese painter known for his distinctive figurative works. His unique ink-wash depictions of female nudes fuse traditional Chinese and Western techniques. The artist continues to live and work in Tianjin, China.

“"Sculptor Tung Ming-Chin carves wood into figurative shapes that seem to press against the surface of the finished work. In “Inner Turmoil” a face and hands are trapped inside a hunk of wood that has the smooth, stretched appearance of fabric, and in “Breath”, the rounded spine and feet of a crouched figure expand outside the confines of a stiff white box. Tung was born in Changhua, Taiwan, and received both his BFA and MFA from Taipei National University of the Arts.”

Taipei City -based studio HAO Design focuses on the intersection of Chinese practices and Nordic minimalism by creating aesthetic forms of living. In their recent project they transformed a loft into a playful penthouse with a lot of hidden elements that can transform space during the day.

“The master of this property likes the traditional Chinese style while the mistress likes the light and simple Nordic style. They hope to build a unique playground with a slide for their two daughters, which is also in line with the long-term use of the space.”

"FACE POST is the artist’s three-part series and a nod to social media via her aforementioned, now-signature transfer stickers. Taipei based designer Yi-Ting Chen , illustrator Ya Shin and photographer Chang Chieh created an awesome project where Asian aesthetics meets technology."In nowadays, urban living gradually can not live without technologies and automobiles, which accompany people for 24 hours just like two soul mates or pets. People hope to interact with others closer via Internet, however, the convenience of technology condenses the genuineness and cares from humans. "

In the past, there are two purpose of having The Cage, one is for admiring-use, to show the elegant movements and the sound of birds; the other is the symbol of society, representing the social level by having a delicate Cage. Deep inside their mind is their reliable consistency. Urbancage tries to represent the past innocent imagination of the society by comparing the phenomenon of over-using mobile phone in nowadays and the behavior of raising birds in the past.

To unite the cage and the mobile phone by penetrating the action of holding and placing the cage, so we can metaphor the automobiles to the birds in cage. Therefore, to connect the electronical bird with humanbeing via the technology of the application, creating a new life style and hbit by that
