The theme in my works is totally complicated. It changes with my mood; it contains my past, my wishes for the future, pictures of the moment, and daily pleasures. My passion is to put my love for living into my work and make a mark on life.

Rein Vollenga's Sculptural Wearables

Dutch-born sculptor Rein Vollenga's work has been displayed in worldwide galleries and touted by the likes of Lady Gaga. Vollenga regularly transgresses the traditional boundaries of sculpture by producing tangible and wearable pieces for a whole host of fashion brands - Mugler, New Power Studio and Cassette Playa - as well as magazines, including Dazed & Confused.

IDENTITY by Jeffrey Wang

"This is a chronicle progression of a woman. A woman who morphs from innocence to struggles, and back to innocence. From a state of purity, when there is no good and bad, to sophistication, which comes with seduction, greed, debauchery amongst all other evils that dominate the world. On the verge of decadence she struggles, for individuality, for virtue, for her own soul. In the end amidst all chaos, she unites with peace of mind, living with a sober fact that she is just one of them, and she can’t hide. That is her IDENTITY, whether she likes it or not." Iris van Herpen

To promote Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen’s new collection “Voltage” Geoffrey Lilemon and Joost Korngold directed a short trailer. The idea was to represent the collection through a ghost or apparition made of strings and harps haunting the halls of a grand palace, environments made of the same fragile reflective glass material. The film was finished with production support by Random Studio. Geoffrey Lillemon met Iris van Herpen during Paris Fashion week where a discussion sparked about directing a video for her by merging hi-end technology with art and fashion. This led to bringing in Joost Korngold, who is well known for abstract 3d and particle artwork that would suit well stylistically to join in the production.

From there Breek stepped in to give the shapes life by adding intricate sound design to articulate them as instruments. The final piece was a celebration of various different disciplines and ideas brought into one beautiful experience.

Aisha Zeijpveld Photography

"Focusing on the pastel palette, Dutch artist Aisha Zeijveld creates portraits that prevail. In her What Remains? series, inspired by the work of Egon Schiele, she introduces a way of ‘sketching’ onto the photographs, outlining the figure in interesting ways and modifying body shapes to something slightly abnormal. In other portraits, such as her series Feast of Destruction, in collaboration with artist Aukje Dekker, she adds damage seemingly mechanically" via Trendland

Derek Wood photography

"Derek Wood scandalously maneuvers the camera like two illicit lovers rendezvousing under an island’s darken sky. Provocatively, ravenously, and succinctly his snapshots blithely illustrate tales. Wood doesn’t just snap vignettes you gaze upon, he seductively engages the observer to sense what is before them. He has a propensity for making the viewer climactically merge with the scene. Wood caresses each edgy image with authenticity, piquancy, and whimsicality…leaving the onlooker replete, yet begging for more." via Whitezine
