Dancing Plague
The short film Dancing Plague is the new work of a long collaboration of more than thirteen years between Diego Agulló and Jorge Ruiz Abánades . Based on three images of Peter Brueghel the Elder, and taking as a handwritten texts that recount the phenomenon of multitudes known as ” dancing mania ” or “Dance of San Vito ” , this film delves into the theme of the dance and its close affinity with the uncontrollable forces of chaos : immediate ability to interrupt work time , enabling another exceptional time of the bizarre, the jovial and festive but also of social disorder and catastrophe

María María Acha-Kutscher
María María Acha-Kutscher (Facebook) illustrates women exercising their voices in political struggles. She says her work focuses on the woman, on “her story, the struggles for emancipation and equality, and the cultural construction of femininity.” The political dimension of her work plays a dual role—“an artistic product in itself” and “an instrument covers a social need and... contributes to political transformations.”
3D Grafitti Paintings by Felipe Pantone
"Felipe Pantone’s work is at the cutting edge of street art. Straddling conventional graffiti, typography and abstraction, his work fuses bold elements of graphic design with highly evolved geometric shapes to create an ultra-modern aesthetic which complements and reacts with the stark modernity of our cityscapes.Drawing on our concerns of the digital age and the speed at which technology is developing, Pantone’s art is like looking several light years ahead into the future and discovering a new language in which to communicate."

"Mexican Factory" Restaurant Interiors by Plantea Architectura
"Madrid-based architecture studio Plantea designed this small restaurant in a shopping mall just outside their hometown as the first unit of a newly established local fast-food company. The designers wanted to avoid any reference to typical chain restaurants and mass consumption —not an easy task, given the new restaurant’s location and business plan." says Yatzer

Miguel Vallinas
Talented Spanish photographer Miguel Vallinas dedicates his time mostly for urban and natural landscape photography but hence widely known for his personal projects. Last year his "Segundas Pieles" or "Second Skin" went widely across creative blogs. Recently he continued his anthropomorphic series of animals dressed as human. His other series "Raiz" (Roots) went a bit crazy by replacing human heads with flowers, what also lead to numerous hidden meanings.

A 100-Year-Old Church in Spain Transformed into a Skate Park Covered in Murals by Okuda San Miguel
"Originally designed by Asturian architect Manuel del Busto in 1912, the church of Santa Barbara in Llanera, Asturias, was abandoned for years and crumbling from neglect. Luckily, a group of enterprising individuals lead by a collective called the ‘Church Brigade,’ with help from online fundraising and Red Bull, the church was salvaged and turned into a public skate park dubbed Kaos Temple.
As if having a skate park inside a beautiful abandoned church wasn’t enough, artist Okuda San Miguel was commissioned to cover the walls and vaulted ceilings with his unique brand of colorful geometric figures." via Colossal
