So I decided to pick up a random card from both of them and do a post on Desingcollector time to time. Here we go, and the first card from OFFF15 Official Deck is ATELIER.

SNASK

The first studio to have a rock band on stage during OFFF Festival - SNASK hails from Stockholm. Earlier they claimed to be the first studio to do the world's largest poster ever, SNASK loves to do things by hands. The latest example of it can be seen on Washington Post Magazine’s first Readers’ Favourites Issue released in April. Go dig their portfolio, and enjoy paper noise

The Digital Decade III - Last Chapter

It was an intensive few months we prepared and exhibited the results of our digital art Battle "His Majesty the Glitch" at OFFF Festival in Barcelona. Many positive things happened as well as our exhibition got a real glitches starting from inverted printing ended with posters falling down from the walls. That was cool to see and meet a lot of like-minded people at OFFF Festival and inviting some of them to vote with a special sticker for the best of the best at The Digital Decade wall. Please enjoy the results of our collaboration on Behance now, were appreciations and sharings are welcome!

Zimoun + Hannes Zweifel

200 prepared dc-motors, 2000 cardboard elements creates installation done by Zimoun in collaboration with Architect Hannes Zweifel 2011

"The sound sculptures and installations of Zimoun are graceful, mechanized works of playful poetry, their structural simplicity opens like an industrial bloom to reveal a complex and intricate series of relationships, an ongoing interplay between the «artificial» and the «organic». It‘s an artistic research of simple and elegant systems to generate and study complex behaviors in sound and motion. Zimoun creates sound pieces from basic components, often using multiples of the same prepared mechanical elements to examine the creation and degeneration of patterns." words by Tim Beck zimoun-2
