HEXY Rooms by Anatoly Bazarov

These isometric rooms were created by Kid Cut – aka Anatoly Bazarov – for a game that doesn't exist. They're a wonderful mix of fine detail and low-poly styling that you can imagine being a setting for an hit adventure game. Each room brings to life a different environment that would fit with a story involving investigation

Urban Walks by Anton&Irene

"There's no other city in the world like New York. We wanted Urban Walks to be the kind of app that would allow visitors and curious locals to see New York the way we do — a city of larger-than-life characters, historical dramas, breathtaking architecture, and rich cultures." says Anton Repponen and Irene Pereyra - former Manhattan agency directors turned Brooklyn hands-on designers under the name "Anton&Irene". The application brought live with the help of Danil Krivoruchko and Hyperboloid team. Read the full case on A&I website or Behance, as well as see a "behind the scene" at Medium

Atelier

After visiting OFFF 2015 I've got two decks of cards, one designed by Signalnoise and Onesize to represent each speaker's name and another one real playing cards created in collaboration with dozens of awesome illustrators and Playing Arts project. So I decided to pick up a random card from both of them and do a post on Desingcollector time to time. Here we go, and the first card from OFFF15 Official Deck is ATELIER.

SNASK

The first studio to have a rock band on stage during OFFF Festival - SNASK hails from Stockholm. Earlier they claimed to be the first studio to do the world's largest poster ever, SNASK loves to do things by hands. The latest example of it can be seen on Washington Post Magazine’s first Readers’ Favourites Issue released in April. Go dig their portfolio, and enjoy paper noise

Long Lasting Sharpness

Deeply influenced by japanese culture and particularly inspired by the sleek style of famous designers such as Ikko Tanaka and Shigeo Fukuda, this new series of visuals designed by Nicolas Dumenil for Japanese Miyabi knives highlights slices of salmon, watermelon and ham as thin as sheets of paper.

Animated Illustrations Bring U.S. Cities To Life

"Kirk Wallace and Latham Arnott teamed up to bring some US cities to life through as few strokes as possible. Kirk illustrated very minimal cityscapes while Latham animated the resulting images, keeping the original, minimalistic style. While there are only a few popular cities done so far, there will be more on the horizon to keep your eyes out for." via iGNANT
