"Photoshop is used on the regular for music videos but for Spoon’s latest video, Do I Have to Talk You Into It, director Brook Linder has brought the trusty Adobe programme to centre stage."
The director has previously created music videos for Beck, Nine Inch Nails and The Lemon Twigs. According to Spoon’s statement in Pitchfork, this film honours a large proportion of the band’s fans. “We did the research, and it turns out 80% of our fanbase is composed of graphic designers,” says Britt. “This one’s for y’all."

To celebrate the launch of the Levi’s® Made & Crafted® AW/17 collection Riposte commissioned a series of creative works that took inspiration from the Icelandic stories behind the collection.
Visual artist Lucy Hardcastle (previously) created ALDA, a material narrative exploring in live action the raw, unpredictable and awe inspiring elements of Iceland, both physical and spiritual. The film was brought to life by a powerful and dramatic soundscape by Nabihah Iqbal.
To bring a hands on element to the project Patternity has created Alchemical Appreciation, a screen-print design that melds the alchemical symbols for fire and ice against the background of dappled volcanic rock. The black ink in the final piece has been created using volcanic ash which gave each of the prints texture and tactility.
The whole process has been captured in a behind the scenes film which you can watch below. It documents each of the creative processes and tells the story in the words of the women we have collaborated with.
Each of the commissions reference the beautiful design details of the collection and the strong Icelandic influences. From mossy hills and steaming springs to volcanic terrain and soft, snowy glaciers, these are some of Iceland’s awe-inspiring extreme elements which are reflected in the colours and textures of the collection.

One of our favourite electroclash band Fischerspooner is making a return since the release of the last album "Entertainment" in 2009. Their new single with our another favourite Caroline Polachek , "Togetherness" is hyper-modern. "Co-produced by Michael Stipe, is among the more sonically experimental songs in the Fischerspooner catalog." via Pitchfork

"St. Vincent has unveiled the video for her latest single “Los Ageless” – and “unveiling” really is the appropriate word, as the video sees the musician uncover bandages from her face to reveal a very weird facelift underneath."
"Directed by Willo Perron (Kanye West, Rihanna The xx) and produced with Red Bull, the video lampoons LA life – pedicures, clean eating, yoga, sushi – using bold, vivid colours."
There's nothing we would rather do, but stay up all night with Beck on repeat. Directed by London-based film collective Canada and starring a strong Solene Rigot, Beck's new music video blazes through, setting the tone for their upcoming new album, Colors.
