Official music video for Cass. ‘Murph’s Dream’ from his LP ‘Magical Magical’. Filmed with 5D in and macro lens who gives this meditative and minimalistic atmosphere. Every drop of ink dissolves in the water and slowly disappears giving every second an infinity of unique forms. Reaching deep into the granular structure of the sounds, Cass. creations turns out to be a constant variation of continuous uniqueness, leading you down its dark corridors to a soft resting space where the invisible world suddenly appears.

Earlier this year, the Avalanches released a new album called Wildflower, their first since 2000’s Since I Left You. One of the singles, “Subways,” now has an animated video. Created by French illustrators Mrzyk & Moriceau, it features a bunch of colorful characters skating, dancing, and singing in New York’s subway system.
Black Atlass teams up once again with fashion photographer Kenneth Cappello for the stark and bewitching “Blonde” music video from Haunted Paradise. As BA croons (“Your lips take me to California…”) over his own minimal, hypnotic piano loops, lingering shots of Los Angeles at sunset build to a fiery climax. “Blonde” immortalises the pull of this city’s dark side so powerfully—it’s unclear who is seducing who, but we’ll let the love burn either way.

Directed by Philippa Price, the new clip is equally as highly stylized and sadomasochistic as the previous video, with numerous shots of the artist writhing around in ropes and leather masks amidst moody red lights.

Bongos, guitar and plenty of cowbell. New York electro-pop duo "Sofi Tukker" Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern embrace it all. Take “Drinkee”, their first-ever release. Inspired by Brazilian poet Chacal, it’s sung in Portuguese and is a hedonistic fusion of just about everything fun you’d want to hear on a dancefloor. The rest of Soft Animals follows its lead spectacularly.

"Massive Attack’s recent single “The Spoils” [ft. Hope Sandoval] now has a video. It stars Cate Blanchett, while John Hillcoat—known for helming The Road, Lawless, and The Proposition—directed. The video is an intricately lighted study of Blanchett’s face, which undergoes a slow, unnerving transformation." via Pitchfork
