Creative response to crisis: Help Japan
Apart from that I completely agree with Johnson Banks studio statement "Disaster = poster?" about the fact that hopefully only "some" designers speculate on a tragedies by applying their charity posters to graphic design awards and competitions, we see the positive reaction from the creative community itself on a Japan crisis. For example check special collection of creative work posted on Behance in response to this tragedy - some of which are for sale, with proceeds going to relief funds.
