Directors and Designers Ferran Capo and Clim paired up to create this surrealist short film to promote Vuerich’s sunglasses. Under the concept “Light is the Enemy” we have explored visual and ambient ways to represent the build up of tension between our protagonist, the eye and our antagonist, the light. The art direction is based on a graphic Memphis design style mixed with a Dadaism influence. Playing with the abstract, impossible and bizarre to intrigue and amuse our viewers, Vuerich is a film inspired by a surrealists view of a world filled with irrational and at times humorous, juxtapositions.
On 11 March 2011, an earthquake with the magnitude of 9 struck the north-eastern part of Japan. It was neither the first in recent years nor the strongest in history, yet the devastating consequences this time were beyond anyone’s imagination. Philipp Zechner - "When coming back to Japan in 2012, I noticed a change in behaviour, in attitude that had taken place: Gone was the optimism that had always kept the country on course, even in the face of natural disasters that frequently strike the archipelago. Using a modified digital camera that captures infrared pictures, I sought to translate this particular mood into a photographic series, called “Tokyo Radiant”. I am planning to print a photo-book with 100 pictures of this series. If you like this series, you can get your copy and support the project on Indiegogo"

"Dragon Ball is one of my favourite shows of all time. As a kid, I fell into the magic of its great humour and whimsical locations that held their own personalities. The true tests of strength, purity of heart and lasting friendships, had me hooked to the characters and the storyline. You see how a simple yet charming Goku wins over the most evil of hearts and minds, from Yamacha the thief, to Tien the con-artist and finally Piccolo the lonely avenger. I was recently watching it with my wife and fell in love with it all over again! I wanted to test out some animation techniques and new illustration style for a game concept I want to start developing. I decided to use this nostalgic story as a foundation to my research. It was super fun, and a long awaiting tribute the 8 year old me has always wanted to do. This was part of a Cinema 4D daily render challenge." says Craig Pinto about his project In Search Of The Dragon Balls
