So it's absolutely impressive that his series of abstract portraits, composed of just a few thick, segmented brush strokes, can convey so much emotion and expression. And all without hardly a single detail of the face exposed! I could study these portraits for hours, while admiring the beauty of each stroke and his brilliant use of colors.
