Spain based illustrator, Jenia Maslova, graduated from the internationally renowned University of Textile in Moscow majoring in Costume Style and Design. Her fashion and classical painting education let Jenia to create her own style in illustrations. She combines traditional and new media techniques harnessing her passion for painting to create illustrations that speak in any language. Brilliant harmonies of color and ability to capture mood and bring it to the viewer resulted in immediate interest and recognition from magazines like Vogue, GQ, Rolling Stone and others. Apart of illustration she is making the career as a painter, during last 8 years she had exchibitions all over the Spain, in Moscow, and her works are in private collections and museums of Russia, Luxembourg, United States, Canada, Spain, United Kindom etc.

Sand-Printing is a project made by Zanadesign for the Council of Cadiz (Spain) to promote ‘Cádiz 2012’ The printer runs with the cleanest and everlasting energy in the world: CHILDREN. It does not need ink or paper to print, also the message disappears with the incoming tide (or with the wind when sand is dry), so it doesn’t cause visual impact. It could be the most sustainable printer nowadays!
