Pod à porter is the easiest way to wear your music - even if you're not wearing much. No more headphones dangling by your knees; no more ripping the buds from your ears when you take off your jacket. That is one of original design products created by Ontwerp based product designer Michiel Cornelissen.

Amsterdam based graphic design agency 'Mainstudio' has been established by 
Edwin van Gelder in 2005. Mainstudio loves typography, magazines, identities, illustration and books.

Talented illustrator and web designer Martijn van Dam creates cool "making-of" videos of his last artworks. Very nice to see how sketches become real vector graphic in few minutes.

Dutch motion director Menno Fokma worked with Onesize (hence working with a team he was doing OFFF 2009 official titles where Designcollector was featured). In his projects Menno often searching for a way to create an emotional experience made out of the combination of exciting graphics and audio.

+1 is an Amsterdam based design-driven creative production studio that creates high-end content in which we combine animation, live action and digital media. Recently they released a nice motion for Amsterdam based architectural initiative to develop a city district.

FITC returns to Amsterdam, NL, for the third edition of FITC Amsterdam, a bustling two day event that brings together the best and the brightest from the world of Interactive design and development to learn, share and be inspired. The last two previous events, in 2008 and 2009, sold out over a month in advance. This year’s event takes place February 22nd and 23rd and has expanded to a second venue, The Dylan Hotel.

From sound design to stop motion and apps to apparat, FITC Amsterdam cuts across a number of disciplines to deliver new ideas, new methods and new technologies impacting advertising, animation, design, entertainment, motion graphics and rich media. The event includes over 40 presentations covering business, creative, and technical subjects, an optional one-day workshop, and lots of opportunity for face-to-face networking and interaction.

“We’re excited to be back in Amsterdam with an expanded program and international line-up of speakers,” says Shawn Pucknell, FITC’s founder.
