London Fashion Week 2016 @LondonFashionWk #LFW

  • Brewer Street Car Park Brewer Street London, England, W1F 0LA United Kingdom (map)

Designed by David Collins Studio, the Designer Showrooms will be home to over 150 designers, showcasing a rich and diverse selection of ready-to-wear, footwear, bags and accessories.

Of the four fashion capitals, London is the only city that hosts the Designer Showrooms in the same space as its official show space, putting a spotlight on this broader group of designers. It is the Designer Showrooms that have launched many global brands, including a number of on-schedule designers.

The international element of the showrooms illustrates that the doors to London are truly open. With exhibiting designers that hail from Taiwan, Egypt, London and everywhere in between, the pull of London on a global scale is undeniable. The UK continues to be an attractive and fertile home for an array of designer businesses of any size, and from any place, and the designers in the exhibition this season really highlight that.

Other notable Brewer Street features include the TONI&GUY and Maybelline New York pop-ups who will be on hand to remedy any hair or makeup concerns. Sunglass Hut will host a space where guests can discover the latest eyewear must-haves, displayed on a revolving ‘runway’ of sunglasses and also offer guests the chance to personalise their official London Fashion Week tote bag at a customization station. Etihad Airways will host an exhibition of travel and fashion inspired imagery on the first floor while Swatch will showcase their POP collection within the Designer Showrooms.
The Store Kitchen – the lifestyle destination based on Lexington Street – will once again host a pop-up serving a selection of fine, ethically sourced food and drinks. Additionally, Lavazza Coffee, Evian Water, Carabao energy drink and Propercorn are on offer throughout the venue.
